CCCI (Canopy Chlorophyll Content Index Index)
The Canopy Chlorophyll Content Index (CCCI) combines a red‑edge–based index (NDRE) with NDVI, typically as a ratio or scaled relationship, to estimate canopy chlorophyll and nitrogen status. Because NDRE is sensitive to deeper canopy chlorophyll and NDVI captures overall greenness, CCCI enhances sensitivity to nitrogen deficiency and within‑field chlorophyll variability for crops like wheat, cotton, and broccoli.
